The customisation process is quite simple and straight forward; eProdix will ensure that our friendly staff makes this process a good experience for you.
9 Steps to your solution:
- Analysis of the problematic component(s) (see illustration for QuickTest Professional™ or WinRunner™)
- Download, fill and send us a Project qualifier in PDF
 or Word 
- Provide eProdix with dll, demo or access to component (through WebEx)
- eProdix will evaluate the custom component and will decide whether customisation can be provided, this again, will depend on the complexity of the component, and the outcome of a cost/benefit analysis. eProdix might advice whether a replay solution is more appropriate.
- eProdix will define project scope and cost
- eProdix will provide a proposal or decline the request
- Place official order (eProdix receives PO)
- Customisation deliverables
- Customisation dll(s)
- Installation instructions
- Description for all new methods and properties
- Further suggestions
- You have 15 (fifteen) days to test and evaluate such work. If you find a problem with the provided extensibility within this period (15 days), eProdix will provide a solution for the problem FREE of charge*.
